Is Vitamin B good for you?

You may not know it, but Vitamin B is in a number of the foods you eat every day. It’s not in every food, however, so you do need to be sure you’re getting enough. Some foods with vitamin B are fruits, such as bananas and oranges. Some foods have vitamin B from certain vegetables, such as broccoli, cabbage, and Brussels sprouts. Good sources of vitamin B can help keep your body healthy, but you can’t get all the vitamin B you need from food alone. Some people have trouble absorbing vitamin B, but taking a vitamin B supplement can give your body what it needs.

Vitamin B is a group of essential vitamins that includes B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine), B7 (biotin), B9 (folate), and B12 (cobalamin). Vitamin B is also known as B Complex.  Vitamin B is essential for good health and well-being. It helps your body produce energy and red blood cells in your blood. Vitamin B also supports your nervous system, helps you maintain a strong immune system, and helps your body make healthy new cells.

Since the emergence of COVID-19, vitamin sales have been on the rise! Guess which vitamin is one of the most popular? Yep, Vitamin B! Be sure to stock up on Vitamin B if you can. Most multivitamins for adults and kids will give you your fair share of Vitamin B. Vitamins alone will not help your immune system but a nice healthy diet or simply not eating as much unhealthy foods will help your immune system perform at its best!
